The tank body of this dust suppression vehicle is made of high-quality Q235 steel from Wuhan Iron and Steel (with a thickness of 4mm according to national standards). The tank volume is 12 cubic meters. The inside of the tank is coated with epoxy glass flake anti-corrosion. There are two front spray nozzles, two rear sprinkler nozzles, and two side spray nozzles. The 6 spray nozzles are controlled by pneumatic valves in the driver’s cab, and the sprinkler can be switched on and off. The water cannon (with a range of 26-28 meters) can spray in various shapes (heavy rain, moderate rain, drizzle, mist). It uses a 50/110 high-power special water pump. It also has a large platform. There is a rear arrow-shaped lamp.
The main platform is equipped with a fog cannon of type 60-120 meters made by Shandong Huali or Chengli. The auxiliary engine is a 120-150KW generator set from Weifang Caterpillar in Shandong Province. The pump is driven by a 37KW stainless steel centrifugal water pump from Zhejiang Xinjie People’s. The pump’s power is 11KW. It has aluminum fan blades and 88-110 stainless steel double-ring nozzles. It can be operated wirelessly (within 100 meters) or manually.
