This chassis was independently developed by our company, and based on our long-term experience and technology in the sanitation vehicle industry. It was newly developed to address customer pain points and to enhance the convenience for modification workshops. It is a dedicated chassis for electric water-spraying vehicles that integrates seamlessly with the upper body. The chassis and the upper structure are designed and manufactured as a single unit. The upper structure and the chassis are integrated in their design. The chassis is equipped with assembly spaces and interfaces, without compromising the structure and anti-corrosion performance of the chassis, resulting in a higher degree of compatibility and superior performance.
Vehicle CAE analysis and lightweight design
The entire vehicle has undergone CAE analysis and optimization to meet various usage conditions of the vehicle, while achieving lightweighting of the entire vehicle. The actual volume of the water tank has reached 2.5 cubic meters.
Frame electrocoating anti-corrosion process: Utilizing 510L/610L high-strength main beam steel, this process employs electrocoating technology to ensure that structural components remain undamaged for 6-8 years, making them more durable and reliable.
