The tank body is made by welding high-strength steel, with internal carbon steel for corrosion prevention. The surface is smooth and of high strength. It is equipped with a shock-absorbing plate and has passed the sealing test to eliminate the risk of water leakage. The overall performance of the tank body is excellent and the quality is reliable. The water cannon can be installed both front and rear according to customer requirements, and there is no need to dismantle the water cannon when it is installed at the household.
Humanized design: A liquid level display device is installed in the water tank, and there is a voice alarm in the driver’s cabin to indicate the water level status, making it convenient for the operator to understand the water level inside the tank in real time; a water filling port is set on the side of the tank, facilitating water filling.
【Chassis Configuration】
Standard equipment includes air conditioning with both cooling and heating functions, a car-level multi-function steering wheel, and a low-speed cruise control function. The entire vehicle adopts CAN network communication, which expands the remote fault diagnosis and monitoring system, battery charging monitoring system, and automatic fault code storage system, etc. In response to the characteristics of high-voltage electricity, a high-voltage interlock system, a secondary insulation system for high-voltage equipment, and a fault diagnosis and handling system have been developed to ensure the safety of the entire vehicle. It is currently the most advanced and reliable electrically-powered second-class cargo chassis in China. The permanent magnet synchronous motor uses the TZ410XS_LKM2806 type drive motor produced by JINPIN Electric Technology Co., Ltd. The drive motor’s protection level is IP67.
