The Dongfeng Tianlong front-four rear-eight cleaning and sewage suction vehicle is available with optional features: an auxiliary engine and a water circulation pump can be installed. This model is mainly used by urban and rural sanitation departments for suction and transportation of feces and other sewage.
The purpose of this vehicle is for cleaning and sewage suction. The main dedicated devices are the vacuum pump and the tank. The size of the tank is: straight section length × diameter (mm): 7100 × 2350. The front end of the tank is a clean water tank (outer dimensions: 2600mm); the rear end is a sewage tank (outer dimensions: 4500mm). The two tanks are independent and cannot be fully loaded simultaneously. During the cleaning function, the clean water tank is used; during the sewage suction function, the sewage tank is used. The effective volume of the sewage tank is 18 cubic meters, the medium is liquid waste, the density is 800 kilograms/cubic meter; the effective volume of the clean water tank is 10 cubic meters, the medium is water, the density is 1000 kilograms/cubic meter. 2. The relationship between the wheelbase and the rear suspension is (mm): 1850 + 4600 + 1350 / 2680, 1850 + 4600 + 1400 / 2630, 2050 + 4400 + 1350 / 2680, 2050 + 4400 + 1400 / 2630. The side/ rear protection material is Q235, the side protection is connected by bolts, the rear protection is welded, the cross-sectional size is 300 × 50mm, the lower edge is 500mm from the ground. 3. The water and sewage are integrated into one tank. The tank volume is 32 cubic meters. The water tank holds 8 cubic meters of water, while the sewage tank holds 25 cubic meters of sewage. The tank body and the head are 8mm thick. The cement filling ports for both water and sewage have 3 cement filling holes and 1 600mm hydraulic opening door at the tail. The stainless steel water circulation filter pump and water tank are located in the middle. There is a 600mm hydraulic opening door at the rear, a stainless steel water circulation pump, and a water tank. The tank is positioned at the middle, with one cement tank opening, one sewage suction tank opening, a view window for sewage, a climbing ladder, two side platforms, and a 420-horsepower auxiliary engine. It is equipped with a 253 model water circulation pump. There is a slip-resistant guardrail on the top side, a bright pipe for the water storage tank, a fire hydrant inlet for the water storage tank, 4-inch ball valves for the external interconnection of the two tanks, one rear sewage view port, one side sewage view port, a middle top. 3. The flow rate of Tianjin Tongjie is 270/min, 24 MPa. 4. The rear head can be disassembled and rotated into a roll-up disc. The high-pressure pipe is 100 meters long and uses 2 layers of steel wire tubes, with a pressure resistance of 22 MPa. The lower part of the rear head has a 600mm hydraulic opening port for sewage discharge. There is one 6-inch sewage valve on the left side of the rear cover’s lower chassis, one 4-inch sewage valve, one 4-inch exhaust port on the lower right side of the rear cover, one 6-inch sewage suction port on the right side of the tank, and one 4-inch sewage suction pipe on the side of the tank. A double-arrow lamp is installed at the rear end, an auxiliary engine’s circulation stainless steel water tank, a tool box with two layers, with a partition in the upper layer, an auxiliary engine’s intake pipe of 133mm, an overflow prevention device. The guardrails and walkways on both sides of the tank make full use of the chassis space. The exhaust pipe and water circulation pipe cannot occupy the platform space. Hand washing facilities and soft-link pipes are installed on the circulation water pipe. (The platform is convenient for customers to place 200-meter sewage suction pipes and other long-type tools.)
