Futian Omera S5 Super Medium Truck with Refrigeration, jointly developed by Mercedes-Benz, Daimler, and Cummins from the United States. This model offers two engine options, with the configuration including either the Foton Cummins 168-horsepower engine / power of 125 Kw / displacement of 3.8L / torque of 592 N.m, a large gear 6-speed manual transmission, a rear axle of 8 tons, and 9.00R20 steel wire tires; the total weight is 16,000 kg / rated load capacity is 7,930 kg / curb weight is 7,875 kg; it is equipped with 2 - the Foton Cummins 185-horsepower engine / power of 1,364 Kw / displacement of 4.5L / torque of 760 N.m, a large gear 7-speed manual transmission, 10.00R20 steel wire tires; the total weight is 18,000 kg / rated load capacity is 9,995 kg / curb weight is 7,875 kg. Two types of body options are available, with configuration 1 - wheelbase of 5,150 mm, internal dimensions of the body 6,600 X 2,450 X 2,500 (mm), and body volume of 40 cubic meters; configuration 2 - wheelbase of 5,750 mm; internal dimensions of the body 7,600 X 2,450 X 2,500 (mm), and body volume of 46 cubic meters. Other unified configurations: a new Omera S5 semi-row 2.2-meter wide cab; hydraulic cab flip; ABS; clutch assist; steering assist; air brakes (emergency air brakes); automatic brake adjustment arm; cold and warm air conditioning; central control door lock; electric windows; cruise control; reversing radar; high/low headlight adjustment; other standard configurations, a model meeting the environmental protection standards of the new era (compliant with the operation license); with fuel announcement (can apply for the operation license); can drive with yellow license plate/B license.

II. Box Configuration
Our company’s “Jinglong Technology” adopts a 1200-ton hydraulic heating curing equipment integrated production line for manufacturing. The insulation technology of the box body meets the national A-level standard. 1. It is made by bonding polyurethane foam boards with full-sealed resin glue under high pressure heating curing, and the thickness of the box panel is 8 cm; 2. The inner and outer materials of the box panel are 2.5mm thick new fiberglass; 3. The bonding auxiliary materials are glass fiber cloth; 4. The polyurethane foam insulation material is the main component of the plate structure; 5. It is bonded with full-sealed resin glue; 6. Pre-installed solid wood box body reinforcement; 7. The box frame is supported by anti-rust treatment channel steel; 8. Aluminum alloy edge wrapping / stainless steel corner wrapping; 9. LED lighting fixtures are installed inside the box; 10. LED width indicator lights are installed on the box; 11. LED edge lights are added above 3.5 meters of the box; 12. The rear door frame of the box is made of stainless steel and equipped with stainless steel hinges (commonly known as: stainless steel hinges); 13. Thickened stainless steel lock components; 14. Anti-collision rubber blocks are added to the rear door; 15. Use of EPDM rubber sealing strips; 16. 3M reflective adhesive sheets.
III. Optional Refrigeration Unit
According to your requirements, you can choose different refrigeration units ranging from -5℃ to -29℃. The imported refrigeration units are from brands such as Carrier (USA), Kairon (USA), Denso (Japan), and Han-Ya (Korea). The domestic refrigeration units are from brands like Jin Da K brand, Kaixue, Bingsen, Huatai, Hanyue, Xiangyang Han Ya, Song Han, Aitek, Guo Bing, Xiangxue, etc. The refrigeration units are divided into standalone units and split units (the standalone units come with imported silent engines for refrigeration, which are expensive, while the split units are driven by the vehicle’s own engine to drive the compressor for refrigeration). We can recommend a suitable refrigeration unit based on your vehicle usage needs. The refrigeration units can be equipped with 1. backup power supply device; 2. heating device; 3. optional dual-temperature unit.

IV. Optional Configurations
1. Option to install a door on the right side of the box body; 2. Option to install an aluminum ventilation slot (installing the ventilation slot helps with air circulation and improves the cooling effect by 50%); 3. Option to install reinforced installation rails for the meat hooks (can choose straight rails or mechanical rails); 4. Option to use fully sealed stainless steel for the interior of the box (seafood processing requires additional installation, as seawater is corrosive); 5. Option to connect an external power supply of 280V-380V (after parking and turning off the engine, the unit can continue to cool by plugging in); 6. Option to install a 3G mobile temperature and humidity real-time monitoring device (can also choose to include a printing device)!

V. Pharmaceuticals and Vaccines
1. For pharmaceuticals and vaccines, GSP certification is required. Stainless steel ventilation slots on the side of the container and ventilation slots at the bottom of the container need to be installed; 2. A 3G mobile temperature and humidity real-time monitoring device with a printing function needs to be added!

VI. Medical Waste
Based on the regular refrigerated vehicle, the interior of the box must be made entirely of sealed stainless steel. An additional stainless steel sealed inner-opening door should be installed inside the box, along with a disinfection spray device, a UV disinfection device, and a waste liquid overflow box at the rear of the box!

VII. Body Modification
The interior of the body can be customized according to customer requirements! The entire vehicle has a valid chassis certificate, vehicle certificate, vehicle purchase tax invoice, vehicle tools, vehicle warranty manual, vehicle operation manual, list of national service stations, etc. It can be registered nationwide, which is convenient and fast!

VIII. Pictures of Meat Hook Guide Rails / Aluminum Alloy Ventilation Slots
1. During the production process, the body of the meat hook refrigerated vehicle must be reinforced. Depending on the size of the body, 3, 4, or 5 guide rails can be selected.
2. The thickened aluminum alloy ventilation slot can withstand the ventilation slot from deforming when the trolley is loading or unloading goods in the body. The main function of the ventilation slot is to enhance the circulation of the cold air from the refrigeration machine within the body, increasing the cooling effect by 50%. This ensures that the goods will not rot or deteriorate during long-distance transportation. Moreover, the aluminum material is simple and easy to clean.
