The manufacturing process of chemical liquid transport vehicles:
Carbon steel tank:
The tank body of the carbon steel tank is made of high-quality steel plates from Wuhan Iron and Steel Company in accordance with national standards.
2. The inner tank adopts advanced double-face对接 welding technology. After the tank is formed, a high-pressure gas leak test is conducted to ensure its high strength, stable center of gravity, and safe and stable transportation performance when carried by vehicles.
3. The carbon steel tank body and metal accessories have undergone acid washing, phosphating, shot blasting, and electrocoating processes. They are then coated with high molecular anti-corrosion primer and high-quality durable topcoat, which have strong adhesion, good corrosion resistance, uniform paint film, bright and long-lasting color, and can withstand adverse conditions such as moisture, dust, and salt fog. During the 5-year usage period, they will not experience cracking, peeling, or fading problems. This not only enhances the appearance of the product but also effectively prevents rusting.
Plastic canister:
The body of the plastic container is made of modified polyethylene. It is formed in one step through an advanced rotational molding process, featuring no gaps, no welding points, high strength, no leakage, corrosion resistance and long service life.
2. The plastic tank partition is held in place by two inclined structures, ensuring effective wave resistance during transportation.
3. All the attachments are fixed with corrosion-resistant bolts and sealed with rubber pads.
Plastic-lined cans:
After the carbon steel tank is formed, the tank will first undergo a leakage test (using water pressure or air pressure).
2. Weld the wire mesh steel onto the inner surface of the tank body and on the front and rear sealing heads.
3. Place the polyethylene white particles or powder in the tank in one go to form a 16mm-thick product through rotational molding.
4. After solidification, conduct inspections using a spark meter and an X-ray flaw detector.
The plastic-lined tanks feature excellent anti-corrosion properties and strength due to the unique characteristics of the material and the construction process. They are the primary choice material for the tank bodies of chemical liquid transportation vehicles.
Aluminum alloy cans:
The aluminum alloy tank body has excellent safety, corrosion resistance, economy and environmental friendliness. The tank truck has a reasonable structure, light self-weight, large loading capacity, anti-static function and complete oil unloading.
2. The tank body is made of imported high-quality aluminum alloy plates (magnesium-aluminum AL5083, AL5054, AL5454), and the head is a disc-shaped one, which has excellent strength.
3. Tank top guardrail: The tank top is equipped with an air-powered lifting guardrail, which is easy to operate and ensures the safety of personnel working on the tank top.
Bottom loading system: It can be filled from the top or loaded from the bottom, which improves work efficiency and ensures the safety of the workers.
Vapor recovery system: It enables the internal circulation of gas and oil between tanker trucks and storage tanks, preventing the leakage of gas and oil into the atmosphere. This is not only environmentally friendly but also eliminates safety hazards in the oil depot.
Overflow prevention system: During bottom loading, no operator is required to open the manhole to check if the liquid in the tank is full. Also, it is ensured that the tanker will not overflow due to overloading when loading at the bottom.
Loading and unloading prevention runaway system: Ensure that the vehicles are automatically in a braking state during the loading and unloading process. Only after the valves and loading/unloading ports are completely closed will the vehicles be released from the braking state. This effectively ensures the safety of the vehicles and the oil depot.
Multiple safety protection measures: To ensure the safety and reliability of the tanker, we use imported explosion-proof manholes and emergency valves. Even in the event of an accident, there will be no leakage, making it safe and environmentally friendly.
Connection assembly: An elastic connection is adopted between the upper body and the chassis, which can fully release the relative deformation between the upper body and the chassis, eliminating stress concentration. Even when the tanker is driven on rough roads, the upper body will not be damaged.
