The sludge cleaning vehicle is a professional manhole cleaning vehicle used by municipal departments. It is suitable for cleaning sediment in urban and rural factories, mines, water tanks, oil tanks, biogas tanks, septic tanks, etc. The sludge cleaning vehicle is equipped with devices such as main arm lifting, main arm rotation, grab bucket lifting and lowering, rope tube winding, dump bucket lifting, and vehicle body support. All these devices are powered by the car engine and driven by the transfer case to drive the oil pump, oil pressure motor, oil cylinder, gate, and other hydraulic transmission systems. With a single person operating the handle, it can achieve mechanized excavation, extraction, loading, and unloading of sludge in manholes. It features wireless remote control, over-reach alarm limit (to restrict the hoisting and the extension of the boom), emergency stop, and automatic reset functions. The product can be operated manually via an electric button, making it more practical and reliable. Only one person needs to stand in a safe position and operate the dredger with a remote control, which enables convenient observation of the situation inside the manhole and makes the work efficient and fast. The remote control operation can easily complete the task.
3. Imported hydraulic system
This product’s excavator is pulled by an imported hydraulic winch. This winch has a large torque, operates smoothly, has overload protection, and produces low noise. It is equipped with an imported multi-way valve, an imported pipe reel, and a synchronous auxiliary function for hydraulic pipes and steel wires. This makes it last longer and has a lower failure rate. The sliding arm mechanism is of the track type, which further reduces the failure rate.
