(1) Once the cantilever and brush vehicle components are unfolded one after another, simultaneous cleaning of both sides of the guardrails can be carried out. When the guardrail cleaning is completed, the cantilever and brush vehicle components can be folded and fixed, and the guardrail cleaning vehicle can then travel normally on the road.
(2) The roller brush unit is located in front of the cab, allowing the operator to operate it directly and clearly.
(3) The rotating brush vehicle frame can be fixed respectively at the left or right front of the cab, and it can clean the guardrails on both sides of the expressway, meeting the special requirements of the expressway (one-way traffic).
(4) The double roller brush operation has high cleaning efficiency and fast operation speed. Its operation speed ranges from 5 to 10 kilometers per hour.
(5) By adopting the patented protection device, the cleaning brush can automatically maintain a constant distance from the guardrail, ensuring stable cleaning quality. This significantly reduces the labor intensity of the operators and enhances safety.
(6) High-pressure water jet cleaning, highly efficient water conservation. Each ton of water can clean 5 to 8 kilometers of guardrails.
(7) The unique bristle design ensures thorough cleaning without leaving any gaps, and it won’t scratch the paint surface. Regular cleaning can even form a protective film, thereby extending the service life of the guardrail.
(8) Utilizing an independent power source ensures the stability of the cleaning vehicle’s operation and saves energy at the same time.
(9) It can be installed in conjunction with various vehicle chassis, such as water-spraying vehicles, self-lifting vehicles, and dump trucks, etc.
