The Dongfeng D9 series is currently the available chassis on the market. There are two engine options available: the genuine Yuchai 160 horsepower and the Cummins 180 horsepower. It features a 6-speed transmission. The upper structure is made of high-quality carbon steel and can be equipped with water circulation pumps and vacuum pumps. An irrigation function can be added. The appearance is sleek and stylish!
The garbage trucks produced and manufactured by our company include 2-ton, 3-ton, 5-ton, 6-ton, 8-ton, 10-ton, 12-ton, 15-ton and 18-ton suction trucks, sewage suction trucks, high-pressure cleaning vehicles, pipeline unclogging vehicles, cleaning suction trucks and cleaning sewage suction trucks. These models can meet the different needs of customers.
The vacuum pumps of the 10-ton sewage suction truck come in two types: water circulation vacuum pumps and diaphragm vacuum pumps. The working principle of the water circulation vacuum pump is that the impeller is eccentrically installed in the pump body. There is an appropriate amount of water in the pump body as the working fluid. When the impeller rotates, the water in the pump body is thrown out in all directions. Due to the centrifugal force, a water ring with the same thickness as the shape of the pump cavity is formed. The water ring pump achieves suction, compression and exhaust by changing the volume of the pump cavity, thereby completing the suction and discharge operations of the sewage truck. The working principle of the diaphragm vacuum pump is to rotate the blades eccentrically inside the shaft core sleeve, sealing the air inside the tank, essentially forming a negative pressure. The difference between the atmospheric pressure and the pressure inside the tank is utilized to complete the suction and discharge operations of the sewage truck. The driving methods of these two types of vacuum pumps are also different. The driving method of the water circulation vacuum pump is to be driven by a large power generator set, which is controlled independently by the generator set, with electronic control switches, manual throttle, and can share the chassis fuel tank. The entire vehicle is equipped with a water tank for the working fluid of the water circulation pump.
10-ton sewage suction vehicle: The driving method of the rotary vane vacuum pump is connected to the engine gearbox through a power take-off device, driven by a transmission shaft, and controlled by pneumatic switches. The structure of the rotary vane vacuum pump is simpler and does not require a large power generator set equipped with a water circulation pump. Therefore, the purchase cost is relatively lower. There are also differences in suction distance between the two types. The vertical suction distance of the water circulation vacuum pump sewage suction vehicle is -0 meters; while the vertical suction distance of the rotary vane vacuum pump sewage suction vehicle is - meters. The difference in suction distance is due to the different working principles of the two. By comparison, it can be seen that the purchase cost of the two different vacuum pump sewage suction vehicles is relatively higher for the water circulation type; in terms of efficiency, since the water circulation vacuum pump has water as the working fluid, which plays a cooling role, it can work for a long time, while the rotary vane vacuum pump due to the high-speed rotation of the vane, is prone to high temperature and needs to stop for a period of time to cool down before it can continue to work.
